Horse Event Booking Form

New Booking System for Photo and Reel Highlights priority for pre-booked clients. Over the past few years I am finding some regular clients want the full coverage, and these requests I want to indulge and give more attention to. By having a booking system I can schedule my day around those who want more, and less time on those who don’t.

Video Reels will be edited to show the highlights to suit social media content. They can be anywhere from 15-30 seconds for a single class, and usually around 90 seconds highlight reel for the day clip.

Video’s will be top priority and all video will be editing done first. Photo galleries will be next in line. Awards and Miscellaneous photos will be the last to be processed.

REELS

Teaser Reel $35
A teaser reel is specially designed for social media, showcasing highlights from you class or one particular movement time mapped for a more cinematic effect. Using short and sweet 10 second teaser reels on Instagram offers benefits to your account including increased reach and engagement and create buzz for your riding - perfect for up and coming ambassador profiles! These are filmed vertically for social media format - time will vary anywhere from 10-20 seconds. You can upload them to your account as is and just add your favourite music, or combine multiple clips and photos from the day for a full recap of your day. If you would like multiple teaser reels, please indicate this on the booking form.

PRE-BOOKED PHOTO PRIORITY OPTIONS

Photo Classes Priority $45
Have your photos from the day put to the top of the cue. Photos from the day are put into your own album with priority upload. Includes 3 photos to instantly download. You can purchase more photos in the album.

Social Package $200
All your photos from the day are put into an online gallery ready for you to download.

Groups $300

For families, studs, coaches or clubs with multiple horses and riders.

Includes all the photos uploaded to a gallery with instant access so you can download.

Only if time and schedule allowing can include team/family/staff photos, behind the scenes, signage at the event, social media reel showcasing the team.

BUSINESS AND EVENTS

Business Mini Session $150
For trade stands or those who run a business at the event. 15 minute Mini Session. The Business Mini Content Session can include team and staff photos, trade stand display, products, behind the scenes, signage at the event, social media reel showcasing the display.

Once the draw has come out I will send you available times to book and a pre-plan what content you would like captured during your session. Please have everything ready for your time slot as I may not have additional time on the day to reschedule. If for any reason there is a holdup in one of the classes on the day, you will be notified about any delays as soon as possible with a new ETA.

Event Showcase Coverage $1500
For event coverage including multiple highlight reels, teasers,  and photos. Drone footage to showcase the venue, sponsors acknowledgement, crowds, trade village, horse love, awards and arena highlights. 

How it works

  • Photo Classes Only
    To book this option please include all the classes you are in. Photos from the day are put into your own private album. The album link will be emailed to you with a passcode to download 3 photos. You can then purchase more photos after the event through the gallery.

  • Video Reels will be edited to show the highlights of your ride, in slow motion to suit the current social media trend. They can be anywhere from 10-30 seconds for a single class, and up to 90 seconds highlight reel for the day. The clip will be provided WITHOUT sound so you can add in your own music each time you upload it to social media.

    To have your class videoed you must book and pre-pay this option. Video is quite demanding so I have to preplan my day around this service. Video equipment, software, time and effort that goes into this feature will mean there are no refunds once your horse steps into the ring, even if your horse gets eliminated or doesn’t perform as you had hoped. I only have limited spots per day available, so it will be first to book preference. Depending on how many events across how many arenas.

    For dressage, showjumping and western you have the option to just book one class, or all the classes.

    Eventing will work a little bit differently with one set price. The water complex or the most challenging spectator jump on course will be videoed. If time permits dressage and jumping may also be included as a bonus.

    Once you have booked video there will be no additional photos taken.

    All video will go onto Dropbox ready to download. It will only be active and available to download for up to 14 days. Video content will be edited and uploaded first as priority. This may take 24-48 hours the following business work day.

  • Includes all your photos from the day in an online gallery ready to download. There will be some class photos, warm up, a team photo or portrait photo after the class, plus a highlight reel through out the day.

  • For trade stands or those who run an equestrian business. During the day a time will be scheduled up to 15 minutes for a Mini Session. Please have everything ready as I may not have additional time in the day to reschedule. This will be customised to suit the business but may include a team photo, Individual Staff photos, sponsored riders, product on display or on a horse, a mini reel showing the display.

    Photos will go onto an online gallery ready to download. Video will go onto Dropbox ready to download.

  • Photos will go onto a private online album and active for up to 60 days.

    Video will be uploaded onto Dropbox and only active up to 2 weeks - 14 days.

  • I will have 1 public gallery for Awards and Presentations where photos can be purchased separately if you haven’t already booked. If you have booked, your presentation photos will be included in your package.

  • There will be no refunds if you are eliminated, horse and rider under performs, or have a change of mind.

  • Bookings are a priority and will come first. If there is time during the day main arena images will be taken but not guaranteed. They will available to purchase after the event online.
