All photos purchased for private use and equestrian club event promotion must include credit to me, Rebecca De Vries the photographer on all media. A link to my website is encouraged. All Images I have uploaded to my Social Media Channels belong to me. Liking, commenting and sharing the content using the share buttons over the social network is very much appreciated and encouraged. Please remember that copyright is protected under International Law, and it is illegal to download, screen capture, edit, copy, alter or crop the image and reuse the images as your own content, even when crediting me.   

Digital Photos Licensing.

Purchasing the Personal Small Digital file only allows this file to be used on your own social media pages, email and personal web blogs. Proper credit needs to be used, and may not be used to promote any other business or sponsor. Images are not to be used for commercial and business use including studs, training stables and sponsor images. Images can not be sold on,  given away to sponsors or other parties, or clubs without written permission and consent from me Rebecca De Vries Photography. Images can not be printed, altered or cropped in any way.

Purchasing the Personal Large Digital file has the same obligations as above, with inclusion of an unlimited print license.

If you wish to use the photograph for any other means or digitally alter the image you must seek written permission from Rebecca De Vries. 

Payment Policy.

The final payment for your session is due prior to the booking date and a signed contract. Any other products, such as albums, prints and canvases, and digital images can be paid for after the session, but before the product is ordered.
