About me and the experience
I am a gentle soul and story teller through the lens. I do break free from the traditional style of photography and capture you day in a fun and the most authentic way I can, giving you space to capture those real candid moments - the tear jerking moments, the love of two people and bringing two families together.

My Photo Style
Finding a photographer that matches your vibe is so important. As an editorial and documentary wedding photographer, I blend the timeless essence of classic romance with a touch of editorial flair. If you're shy and uncoordinated, at home with bare feet and wild hair then we are going to get along just fine. I do incorporate a little posing, but most of the photos are raw unfiltered emotions. Authenticity over perfection.

My wedding package
The packages include a pre wedding consultation, so I can get to know what’s important to you. The wedding day coverage - Bridal preparation, groom preparation, ceremony, formal family photos, location session with bridal party, and the first hour of the reception. However no two weddings are the same, and if you require longer sessions, shorter sessions, earlier starts, weddings over a few days for traditions to be captured, pre-ceremony photos, bridal portrait session, adventure session, these can all be customised to suit your needs. You will also get all the digital files in high resolution on USB.

Bespoke Wedding Albums and Prints
To complete your wedding, you can turn your best day ever memories to family heirlooms. Delicately crafted wedding albums which are customisable to your liking, prints and wall art ready to style your home.

Travel
My package includes travel around the Perth Hills and Swan Valley, however I regularly travel to rural country areas. Talk to me about a custom travel package for Elopements, Destination Weddings and Overseas Weddings. A Travel pricing guide is at the bottom of this page.

Fur Babies
Have Pets? I love working with animals and I can include your fur babies as part of the special day. Let me know before the wedding, so I can be sure to include them in the days schedule - usually taken after the ceremony.

Ready to Book

The last step to booking me as your wedding photographer is to pay a deposit and sign the contract. Until these two final steps are complete, your date is not secured. I require a $100 as a retainer. Once you have paid, I'll send you a confirmation email going over what to expect from me in the months leading up to the wedding, and a PDF guide going over everything, ideas and planning.

Ceremony Coverage

Keeping. It. Stunningly. Simple. That’s my motto for this package! The KISS package has a more laid back vibe with candid documentary style photography. The focus will be just capturing the two of you, no formal family photos or timelines. This package is perfect for an elopement in a park or a surprise wedding at your favourite pub. Perfect way to document your day with your favourite people, then leaving you and your guests to party the rest of the night away.

We don't truely see an image until it's in Print. A photo is irreplaceable and only increases in time.

Travel Cost.

My wedding package includes travel up to 1hr from the Swan Valley including Perth Hills, Chittering, Peel and Avon Valley area. I love to travel and visit remote areas of Australia. I would drop everything to photograph your wedding! But I want to maintain my business, and have a healthy perspective on costs. I have put together flat rates.

**2 hours from S.V** 2 hours from the Swan Valley $200
**South West Weddings** Wheatbelt and South West to Albany $750
**Destination WA Weddings** 5-10 hours from the Swan Valley (Kalgoorlie, Esperance, Denham and Remote WA) access by car $1200
**Destination Interstate & Remote Weddings** further than 10 hours or access by other transport please email for a quote.

Frequently asked questions

How many photos will I get?

I don’t set a number, and the variables of - what’s happening, travel, how long I am there for etc can change the final number. Industry standard is about 100 photos per hour. My priority is creating photos you will love, variety, a full and story telling gallery.
How long is the photo process?

Photos are edited with care, and this takes time. I won’t substitute short cuts for quality.

Photos are added to a “preview online gallery” that you can share the link with guests of the wedding. Guests can then order prints off the website.

The first 5-10 photos will be added to the gallery usually by the first Monday, and a preview slideshow of about 50 photos by the end of the week. More photos will be added to the online gallery as the editing process takes place. However not all the photos will be added to the online gallery - especially photos that are just for the bride and grooms eyes only and not Grandma!

The USB will contain all the photos from the wedding, and finishing time may vary from 4-6 weeks depending on how long the wedding took, and if multiple photographers were used. During peak period this may be extended a little further. Whilst the aim is to get these photos to you as quickly as possible, Quality images that you will love for ever takes time, and no short cuts are used.

Online preview galleries will contain about 100 photos for smaller weddings and up to 500 for larger weddings. These can be downloaded as much as possible and be at a quality you can self print from. There is also a basic alacart print menu so family and friends can purchase prints to remember the day from. The galleries will be online for around 4 months after the wedding.

Final prints and album photos will be retouched lightly such as removing flys off faces etc. Keeping with the natural documentary style of photography, no photos will look “overly photoshopped”. For creative shots flashes, equipment and veil throwers will be removed from the scene.
Unplugged Ceremonies?

Ceremonies are so much better when all guests are in the moment and off their phones. If you do have relatives who can’t attend either due to covid or location, then there are companies who specialise in live viewing so no one misses out.
Before Forever Photos

Before Forever or Engagement photos are a beautiful way of telling your full story together, especially if you plan to have an album. Photos from this session can also be used for “Save the Date” and Wedding invite cards.
Adventure Sessions

When limited time has been scheduled for location photos, or events happen (weather, traffic etc) out of our control or making the most of destination weddings, I have set this additional session to capture the first married couple photos. Casual, longer times and set in locations of your choice.
Online Galleries

All brides will get their own personal online gallery showcasing some favourite photos from the wedding. Usually somewhere between 100-300 photos, depending on how long the wedding is.

As the photos are being processed I will add new photos to the gallery each week. These photos initially will be set to low-resolution and available to download to share on social media. Once the gallery is complete the images will then be upgraded to high resolution and I will activate the online ordering system so friends and relatives can purchase prints.

Online galleries will be active for a few months so everyone has plenty of time to view and download.
Travel

Most of the weddings I cover are in the Hills or Swan Valley, however I will travel to any rural or country location. See above for current travel prices.
