August is Portrait Month

Spring is always incredibly popular for portraits, but August is really a beautiful month for sunset portraits in the Swan Valley.
Reasons why

  • It’s starting to fine up but not too hot (no 40 degree days yet!)

  • If it does rain it’s not usually for too long. Just enough time for an outfit change.

  • The flys aren’t too bad yet unlike in October

  • You can wear more outfits and not be too hot or too cold

  • Waterfalls and creeks are still running

  • Paddocks are green

  • Wild flowers have just started blooming
